At Casa Raphael, our focus on nutrition is second to none. For our culinary proposal, we use only fresh products from organic or bio-dynamic agriculture, favouring seasonal, zero km products from small local suppliers and sources, such as Maso Albio, Casa Raphael’s very own vegetable garden.

Our chef is attentive to dietary intolerances and requirements, preparing vegetarian menus, meat and fish dishes, and desserts without sugar, gluten or milk with the same care.
