Booking instructions
- Send a reservation request by e-mail, filling out the form on this site, or call +39 0461 772 000;
- Wait for an availability confirmation from us, with instructions to pay the deposit;
- Pay the deposit (with a bank draft or credit card);
- You will receive a final confirmation of your booking when the deposit has been credited.
Terms for booking cancellations
Penalty applicable to deposit:
- Cancellation before 30 days prior to arrival: the deposit paid can be used in another period, but within the current calendar year.
- Cancellation 11 to 29 days prior to arrival: we retain 100% of the deposit paid.
- Cancellation 10 days prior to arrival: we retain the deposit paid, charge the total amount of the entire booking, and you will not be entitled to any refund. Booked rooms and treatments will be held free for resale.
