Booking instructions

• Send a reservation request by e-mail, filling out the form on this site, or call +39 0461 772 000;
• Wait for an availability confirmation from us, with instructions to pay the deposit;
• Pay the deposit (with a bank draft or credit card);
• You will receive a final confirmation of your booking when the deposit has been credited.

Terms for booking cancellations

• cancellation with at least 30 days advance notice: no penalty; the hotel will refund the amount paid withholding 30 euro for handling expenses

• 25% from 30 to 16 days prior to arrival date;

• 50% from 15 to 7 days prior to arrival date;

• 75% from 6 to 4 days prior to arrival date;

• 100% from 3 days prior to arrival or in case of no-show or anticipated departure;
